2. Download and Installation
iOS users should download and update YueLiuli through the App Store. If download fails, please check your network connection, Apple ID status, system version, and available device storage.
Android users who use the official APK should make sure the download comes from this website domain. Before installation, check whether your system allows installation from the browser or file manager. Please do not install unofficial packages from unknown sources.
3. Subscriptions, Membership, and Refunds
YueLiuli memberships are managed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
If you subscribed but membership access does not appear, check your Apple ID, order status, and network connection, then restart the app or try again later. Refund requests usually need to be submitted through Apple's official refund process. The developer cannot directly refund App Store orders.
4. Pronunciation Practice and AI Features
Speaking practice, AI Cantonese conversation practice, pronunciation correction, and speech recognition features may require microphone permission, speech recognition permission, and a stable network connection. You can enable or disable these permissions in system settings.
AI-generated pronunciation feedback, expression suggestions, conversation replies, and practice scores are for learning reference only and are not professional language proficiency certification. If recognition, feedback, or replies seem inaccurate or unsuitable for a context, please use your own judgment and send feedback to us.
5. What to Include in Feedback
To help us diagnose issues faster, please include your device model, system version, app version, time of the issue, affected screen, steps to reproduce, screenshots or screen recordings, and whether you have tried restarting the app or reconnecting to the network.
Please do not send ID numbers, bank account information, passwords, health information, precise addresses, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information in support messages.
